Product Management Festival

For product builders by the product community.

What's actually changing? What skills matter now? And what does the future of this role, if any, look like?

No booths. No sales pitches. No bullshit.

Our Manifesto

Built differently. On purpose.

Three rules we set before we booked the room. They decide what gets on the stage — and what never will.

  1. 01

    Community-shaped

The programme isn't decided in a back room. Speakers apply, the community votes, the board curates. You help build the day you attend.

  2. 02

    Practitioner-led

Every talk is a case study - what someone tried, what broke, what they learned. Demos over decks. No inspiration theatre.

  3. 03

    Independent

No sponsor booths. No attendee data shared. Sponsors fund the venue, catering, and party - nothing else. The conversations stay honest because nobody's selling you anything.

Speakers apply, the community votes, the board curates.

Meet the board

The Programme

Three tracks. Real conversations.

Every session is a case study from someone who shipped it. Three questions, asked all day, from three directions.

  1. 01Track 1 Shifting

    The Shift is Happening

Our responsibilities, our teammates, our place in the organizations and our jobs titles - changes are happening.

  2. 02Track 2 Skills

    Show me the Skills

Showcasing what becomes possible when builders go all-in on AI and new tooling.

  3. 03Track 3 External Views

    Burst the Bubble

VCs, founders, and engineers share their unfiltered take on the PM role future, if any.

Talks are community-voted, curated by the board.
